Independent guidance for life after separation

One-to-one support, without a script.

A calm place to sort what is actually urgent from what is only loud — then decide what to do this week.

Who this is for

People in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland who are thinking about separating, in the middle of it, or trying to rebuild afterwards.

Coaching here is practical. Housing, money, the children, what to tell work, and how to get through the next fortnight without making a decision you will have to undo.

It is not therapy, and it is not legal advice. If a solicitor, mediator or therapist is the right next step, you will be told that plainly.

How the work usually goes

Most people start with the free call. If it is useful to continue, sessions are weekly or fortnightly, by phone or video.

1

A free 20-minute call

Enough time to hear what is going on and leave with one next step. No mailing list, no obligation to book more.

2

Ongoing sessions if you want them

A regular slot to keep the legal, financial and family decisions from collapsing into one another.

3

The guides in between

Written so you do not have to wait for a session to deal with a handover, a budget or a solicitor email.
